DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS MIDLAND COLLEGE FOUNDTATION [Midland College](https://midland.edu/) | Midland, Texas **Job Summary** The Director of Operations – Midland College Foundation, reports to the Executive Director of the Midland College Foundation. The Director of Operations will lead, manage, develop, and implement fundraising activities to support the mission of the Midland College Foundation, through the coordination of major fundraising events. Scholarship Banquets, golf tournaments, and other Foundation events. This position will also assist with the cultivation of donors and prospects (individuals, corporations, foundations, alumni, etc.) with the significant giving capacity to accomplish their philanthropic goals through the form of annual, major, and planned gifts. This strategic work involves extensive collaboration and active partnerships with Midland College leadership, volunteers, and senior administrators to ensure existing and emerging constituents are best positioned to provide maximum levels of philanthropic support for Midland College priorities. **ABOUT MIDLAND COLLEGE** At Midland College, we believe education transforms lives, strengthens communities, and creates opportunity for future generations.
