If you are passionate about providing care and are willing to challenge yourself daily to make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for, we want YOU on our team! - Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment - Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. - Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. - Prepare meals and snacks. - Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties. - Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices. - Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed. - Other duties as assigned **Why This Role:** - Personal fulfillment, a meaningful career, and the chance to make a difference. - Positively impact someone’s life. - Gain health care experience to further your career. ## Qualifications **What Makes You a Great Fit:** - Be 18+ years or older - 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred) - Good communication is key in this role.
