## Description We are seeking Dialysis Technicians to join our patient care team providing Care, Compassion, and Community to people living with kidney disease. Dialysis Technicians at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) are responsible for assessing and monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, collaborating with the patient's care team and caregivers to ensure patient safety and effective treatment. We provide training!** Our paid training program for new Dialysis Technician and RNs will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully care for dialysis patients. Our experienced clinical education team works with each student to ensure you have the support and tools you need to develop your skills and competency. Good classroom note taking and study habits, consistent attendance, curiosity and perseverance, and a commitment to PSKCs core values of Care, Compassion, and Community, are essential to your success. **Learn more about our training program and providing patient care at [www.pskc.net/careers/working-at-pskc](https://www.pskc.net/careers/working-at-pskc/)** **Education and Experience** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Current CPR with BLS certification with **American Heart Association** required. - Previous experience as a dialysis technician is preferred but not required. - \*Experienced dialysis technicians must have/be able to obtain a Washington State Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician certification (MA-HT). **Location and Hours** Three weeks of training takes place Monday-Friday at our dialysis clinic in Everett. Training days may start as early as 4:00 am. After completion of training, you will be scheduled to work at both our clinic in Everett as well as a secondary location. Applicants need to be able to work any 3 or 4 days per week (Monday through Saturday) for a 10-to-13-hour shifts. Morning shifts can start as early as 4:00 am, and evening shifts can end as late as 11:30 pm. **Compensation and Benefits** Hourly pay range for this position is $22.23 - $35.42 per hour. Candidates who have not already obtained state or national certification as a Dialysis Technician start at $22.23/hour and move up to $22.67/hour after successfully completing their training and orientation period. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
