In working with new & existing team members with an open heart & mind; additional responsibilities including the below: **SPECIFIC DUTIES** - Continuously engage and work with patients seeking advanced cosmetic dentistry - Prepare treatment rooms, open bay chairs, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment - Ensure exceptional patient experience and office efficiency. - Follow the Orthodontist’s instructions and adhere to the Orthodontist’s directives. - Make care calls to all patients, answer initial questions, set and manage expectations for the first visit - Proactively receive patients on their first visit and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit - Assist Orthodontists and Treatment Coordinator in explaining patient's treatment plans as needed - Ensure effective communication with Associate Doctors and Teams. - Ability to operate X-Ray equipment safely and effectively. - Utilize advanced technologies such as 3D scanners for treatment planning and patient education - Performs miscellaneous job-related as assigned Part-time to start, with opportunity to lead to Full Time position with full benefits. Hourly rate DOE. Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
