Data Solutions Lead

We are seeking a Data Solutions Lead to drive growth through client-facing solutioning, pre-sales support, and technical delivery leadership in our Consumer Business Unit, which supports clients in the Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and Consumer Goods verticals. This is a highly visible, commercially focused role, with success measured by influence on pipeline growth, the ability to support and close complex Data opportunities, and drive delivery excellence in execution. The role includes an expectation of approximately 50% billable involvement in client programs, with the balance being dedicated to overseeing early-stage client engagements, pursuit support, and data solution development continuity. The Data Solutions Lead will operate directly in new business pursuits and client engagements, shaping solutions with clients, translating business needs into credible, executable architectures, and leading teams to deliver those solutions.
