We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team. As our Credit Controller, you'll build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while helping maintain healthy cash flow across the business. Your responsibilities will include: • Credit control and collections. • Building strong relationships with customers to achieve positive payment outcomes. • Payment allocation and account reconciliations. • Monitoring customer accounts and identifying potential credit risks. • Resolving account queries professionally and efficiently. • Working closely with internal teams to support the timely resolution of customer issues. • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and create greater efficiencies. • Contributing to the ongoing transformation of our Finance function. To be successful in this role, you'll have: • Previous experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable. • A solid understanding of credit and collections processes. • Experience with payment allocation and account reconciliations. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Experience using ERP or accounting systems. • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • A proactive, customer-focused approach and the confidence to handle challenging conversations professionally. • A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
