Associate – Operations

Beedie Capital is a multi-strategy direct investment platform that manages the alternative investments and assets for Beedie, one of the most established private enterprises in Western Canada. We combine the strategic capabilities of an institutional investment platform with the flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset of a privately owned business, having successfully deployed over $1 billion in capital in the last 5 years. As the platform continues to scale, operational excellence and disciplined execution are critical to long-term performance. The Operations team plays a central role in building and maintaining the systems, processes, and infrastructure that support that growth. Position Overview This role sits at the center of the firm's operating infrastructure. You will manage our CRM environment day-to-day, maintain reporting discipline across the business, and execute the processes that support our investment, people, and go-to-market functions. The skillset mirrors what you would find in a strong revenue operations professional, but the scope is broader. You will operate across every function of the firm, not just sales. The work spans CRM operations, reporting, project execution, and cross-functional process management. You will drive clarity, accountability, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in keeping systems clean, data accurate, and processes running. You will be expected to leverage AI tools to improve how you work. We are actively building AI into the firm's operations, and this role will be on the front line of applying those tools day-to-day.
