Experience in general product management, contract management, or contract lifecycle management, and contract templates. Knowledge of change management principles and experience driving change initiatives related to standardizing procurement policies and procedures. Strategic thinking skills identifying long-term goals for standardizing procurement processes and systems. Collaborate with Procurement and IT teams to coordinate procurement systems integration and process automation. Stakeholder collaboration to design procurement processes and systems that enhance user experiences.
