Contract Station Instructor - Emergency Road Service This position conducts Emergency Road Services (ERS) instructional courses for independent contract station (ICS) service providers and their employees. Instructional courses include hands-on towing and service procedures, battery service program, dispatch technologies, lockout techniques, and member service protocols.
