Communications Specialist

**Empath Health** is seeking a creative, compassionate, and talented **Communications Specialist** to help tell the stories that matter most. In this role, you'll create meaningful content that educates, inspires, and connects patients, families, team members, and communities across our organization. From producing engaging social media content and videos to developing educational resources and internal communications, you'll play a key role in bringing our mission to life through authentic storytelling. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, digital content creator, and storyteller with experience in healthcare or nonprofit communications. This is a hybrid position.
