Drive Growth.** Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Director of PD Construction** to lead and grow our commercial construction division throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. The ideal candidate is a respected industry professional with an established local network, strong business relationships, and the ability to drive both operational excellence and business growth. This role is ideal for a **Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager or Commercial Project Executive** who is ready to transition into a department leadership position. What You'll Do: **Lead & Grow the Division** - Provide strategic leadership for the PD Construction division, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. - Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, architects, and commercial clients. - Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives. **Oversee Commercial Construction Operations** - Provide oversight for commercial remodeling and tenant improvement projects from pre-construction through completion. - Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. - Support project teams in resolving challenges and maintaining exceptional client experiences. **Drive Financial Performance** - Monitor departmental budgets, forecasting, job costing, and profitability. - Review project financials, estimates, and contracts to ensure sound business decisions. - Implement strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance. **Develop High-Performing Teams** - Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Build organizational capability to support current operations and future growth. Required Experience: - 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction. - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Existing network of commercial construction contacts throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. - Experience with estimating, project management, and commercial construction operations.
