We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for a Talent Acquisition professional with approximately 3 years of experience who enjoys recruiting, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-paced healthcare organization. The primary focus of this role will be recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs), while also providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in a remote environment, and has strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
