Demonstrated competency in area of expertise. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:** Prior teaching experience **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:** Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse **PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Based on Specialty** - Certificate in clinical specialty Certificate as a Diabetes Educator by the National - Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE) preferred on hiring and required within two years of hire. - Certificate in Child Birth Education **REQUIRED COURSES/COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR):** - Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire. ### About the Team Baptist Health System has more than 120 years history of caring for our community and making a positive difference.
