In this hands-on role, you’ll restore homes and properties affected by fire, water, smoke, mold, or sewage—bringing back hope and normalcy to every space, making it “Like it never even happened!” **Why You’ll Love This Role** - **A Supportive Culture**: We’re a tight-knit, energetic crew fueled by respect, work ethic, and genuine support. - **Meaningful Impact**: Your work directly transforms spaces—and lives—leaving homes and businesses feeling renewed. - **Growth & Learning**: Sharpen your skills, pursue IICRC certifications, and build a career utilizing state-of-the-art industry technology—not just a job. **What You’ll Do** - Clean, restore, and deodorize properties and contents impacted by fire, water, mold, smoke, or sewage. - Document your work—capture “before-and-after” photos to showcase restoration progress. - Load, inventory, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of your work vehicle. - Quickly respond to emergency calls, including water and fire damage cleanup. - Assist with room preparation and assessment planning before restoration begins. - Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients to address concerns and explain processes. - Report safety hazards or issues at job sites to supervisors promptly. - Learn and apply proper water-, smoke-, and mold-removal methods and equipment (training provided). - Help with occasional light office cleaning tasks when needed. **What You Bring** - A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability. - Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them. - A High School diploma/GED. - Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required. - IICRC certifications? Even better! - A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts. - Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks. **Schedule** - Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work. **Physical Demands** - Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day. **Ready to Restore & Rebuild with Us?** If you’re passionate about detailed, hands-on work and enjoy helping people feel secure again, this is your chance.
