Whether you need carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, or odor removal, we have the expertise and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results. **Cleaning and Restoration Technician Job Summary:** Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of cleaning and restoration services. **Cleaning and Restoration Technician Qualifications and Experience:** \* Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED). \* Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills with the ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units. \* Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity. \* 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.) \* Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) \* Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) \* Preferred but not required \* **Opportunities to advance into:** \* Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) \* Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) \* Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) \* Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS) \* Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT) **Cleaning and Restoration Technician Responsibilities:** \* Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers.
