Time base: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Civil Laborer to join our construction team. The Civil Laborer will assist with a variety of manual labor tasks and operate light to medium construction equipment to support the construction and maintenance of wireless infrastructure and civil works. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety-focused, and have experience working with construction tools and machinery in a fast-paced field environment. Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform general construction duties including digging, trenching, site preparation, and cleanup - Operate light to medium equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, backhoes, and compactors under supervision - Assist with the installation of foundations, conduit, fencing, and other infrastructure - Support crews with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site - Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently - Maintain and perform basic inspections on assigned equipment - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Comply with all safety procedures and OSHA regulations - Assist in traffic control and signage placement as needed - Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman or Site Supervisor Required Skills/Abilities: - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment - Experience operating light to medium construction equipment - Strong awareness of safety and ability to identify hazards - Willingness to travel and work outdoors in various weather conditions - Ability to adapt quickly to changing job site needs - Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed Education and Experience: - Previous experience in construction and basic equipment operation required - Valid driver's license is required Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) - Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods - Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and stand for long durations - Comfortable working in outdoor environments, including varying weather and terrain At Will Statement: QTC Inc. is an "at-will" employer, meaning your employment may be ended at any time, with or without reason, by either the employee or employer, with or without notice.
