Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve. **How you’ll contribute** A Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who excels in this role: - Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies. - Ensures timely, relevant, and accurate financial information is provided to the corporate office. - Strives to enhance hospital visibility by engaging with the community regarding mental health and substance abuse needs. - Supervises the Leadership Team and functions as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees. - Meets or exceeds facility budget expectations. - Collaborates with medical staff on maintaining a high level of service and quality medical care. - Assures adequate supervision and evaluation processes for all staff members and delegates these responsibilities as appropriate. - Provides positive guest relations, ensures an attractive and well-maintained physical plant, and ensures a professional and courteous hospital staff. - Expresses ideas effectively in individual, public, and group situations and works collaboratively to find solutions to problems.
