Our Maintenance Dept. is made up of a two person team including the Chief Engineer & the Maintenance Technician - Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems. - Inspect and maintain the physical features of the property including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds. - Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects. ## Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. - Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Understanding that the hotel is a 24/7 operation and this role may require weekends/nights/holidays **Note:** Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs.
