**Summary:** Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting trucks between dealerships. **Responsibilities:** - Making trips within a reasonable time frame **Duties:** - Driving semi-tractors between dealership locations **Education, Skills, Experience:** - Must be available on an as needed basis with no set schedule - Must have a CDL Class A or B with a good driving record - Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen and maintain a Federal Medical Card **Work Environment, Physical Demands:** - Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis - Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12-hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements **CSM Job Standards Accountabilities:** Customer Focus: Actively looking for ways to identify customer needs.
