Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Workers in Howell, MI. As a Caregiver Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. ## Responsibilities - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands. - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel. - Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times. - Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors and healthcare professionals. ## Requirements - Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required. - Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. - Must be able to pass a background check. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus. - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. ## Benefits - Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month. - Opportunity to make a positive impact in clients’ lives. - Supportive and caring work environment. ## About the Company University Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and families within the Howell, MI community.
