Capacity Specialist

**POSITION OVERVIEW**: Frontline individual contributor role that interacts with the carriers. Selects carriers to support sales opportunities, providing customer service, solves routine issues, and provides pricing negotiation. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** - Act as primary point of contact for customer service routine inquiries related to carrier activities. - Provide day to day support to operational activities such as communication, transactional negotiation with carriers on cost, and ensuring to obtain best cost per transaction. - Identifies and escalates unresolved customer issues, continuous improvement, and new service opportunities to leadership. - Perform other duties as assigned. **MINIMUM** **QUALIFICATIONS** - High school diploma/ GED - 0-1 year Operations or related experience in a fast-paced environment. 230 FedEx Custom Critical FedEx Freight is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
