The Role We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager or Director, based on experience, to own, and scale OG Broker’s B2B client onboarding, contract listing, and partnership operations. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of commercial, legal, compliance, product, and technology, ensuring institutional clients move efficiently from signed agreement to successful launch. You’ll lead institutional client onboarding, strengthen and automate operational workflows, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to B2B clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable solving ambiguous problems, pushing back with judgment and diplomacy, and driving measurable process improvements across a highly regulated business.
