THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing US team and help make it easier for our commercial teams to do their best work. You'll sit close to Sales and be the person they turn to when something in the deal cycle isn't clear — from opportunities and quotes to renewals, amendments, and the more unusual scenarios that don't fit a template. You'll troubleshoot issues, catch and fix mistakes before they cause problems downstream, and jump on calls with sellers when a deal needs a second pair of eyes in real time. You'll also help keep our commercial data clean and reliable in Salesforce — spotting and merging duplicates, keeping account hierarchies accurate, and helping shape the rules and processes that prevent these issues in the first place. Beyond day-to-day deal support, you'll spot the patterns in what Sales is asking for and feed those back as concrete process, tooling and enablement improvements. This is a hands-on role, but one with real room to grow: as you build depth across Salesforce and our wider revenue tech stack, you'll take on more analytical and strategic work — from reporting and systems projects to cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and the wider Revenue Operations team. It's a great opportunity for someone who already has a solid foundation in RevOps or Sales Operations, enjoys being close to the commercial team, and wants to develop into a well-rounded Revenue Operations professional. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON - Support the end-to-end sales process, including opportunities, quoting, renewals, amendments, approvals, and deal support. - Act as the first point of contact for Sales on operational questions, helping troubleshoot process and tooling issues and escalating where needed. - Review opportunities, quotes, and deal structures for accuracy and completeness. - Help maintain and improve data quality in Salesforce — identify and merge duplicate accounts and contacts, ensure correct account hierarchies, and contribute to validation rules, processes and enablement that prevent these issues at source. - Apply a strong understanding of SaaS commercial concepts and metrics, including ARR, renewals, expansions, contractions, and deal deltas. - Help running ad hoc reporting and analysis for the sales team - Support standard and non-standard commercial scenarios using established processes and approval frameworks. - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and the wider Revenue Operations team to help deals move efficiently. - Identify recurring operational issues and contribute practical suggestions for process improvement. - Maintain clear process documentation and support sales teams in understanding and following established workflows. ABOUT YOU - 2–5 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial operations role, ideally within a SaaS business. - Experience supporting sales processes such as opportunity management, quoting, renewals, amendments, and deal execution. - Strong familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM,…
