We are dedicated to growing and developing our employees as we build strong teams with strategic leadership. ## Job Description The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. Responsibilities: - Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas: - Submission Clearance - Policy & Endorsement Issuance - Other operations, as needed - Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications - Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables - Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution - Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed ## Qualifications - Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Detail and quality minded - Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team - **Proficient in Excel and Word** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships - Data processing and analysis experience - Previous experience in insurance industry desirable - **Candidates with tech skills are preferred** ## Additional Information - BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics or related discipline
