The company has strong momentum, with 200% quarter-over-quarter growth. ### The Opportunity This is a high-impact business development role focused on building top-of-funnel pipeline for a product with clear ROI and strong demand. You will be the tip of the spear for growth, generating opportunities through outbound and field marketing. The sales tooling and automations are already in place, so you can focus on outreach and conversations. ### Responsibilities - Generate qualified pipeline through outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn - Represent the company at conferences and field marketing events - Research and prioritize private-practice prospects in behavioral health - Work within an established sales stack to manage outreach and sequences - Partner closely with the founders to refine messaging and the sales playbook ### Requirements - Experience in a sales development or business development role - Strong outbound instincts across email, phone, and LinkedIn - High energy and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment - Professional presence when engaging healthcare practitioners - Bonus: healthcare or behavioral health experience, or prior startup experience
