Position Overview The Strategic Partner Executive is a senior account and implementation leader responsible for the end-to-end operations and success of the partnership with each assigned oncology network partner. This leader is the single point of accountability for ensuring network partners are fully activated and engaged in N-Power’s clinical programs and physicians are actively enrolling, advocating, and referring within and beyond their practice. This is a commercially minded role but is not a business development function, as it begins only after the deal is signed. This role partners closely with on-site implementation staff to ensure staff roll-out, EHR integration, and day-to-day program execution run smoothly, while also building the physician relationships, advisory boards, and education materials that keep the partnership growing. This position is remote within the United States, with regular travel to partner sites. Role Objectives and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of accountability for each assigned oncology network partner from contract execution onward, owning overall account health, engagement, and partner satisfaction. Ensure network partners are fully engaged and successfully running the company’s clinical programs, currently focused on Prospective ECAs (ProECAs). Drive active, sustained physician engagement through enrollment, advocacy, and partner-sourced referrals to new network expansion opportunities. Own end-to-end implementation and ongoing operations for each partner, partnering closely with on-site staff on staff roll-out, EHR integration, and day-to-day execution, and surfacing and resolving issues before they impact the relationship. Establish a consistent partner engagement cadence including quarterly business reviews, partner check-ins, onsite visits, and physician advisory boards, blending tactical, day-to-day conversations with strategic discussions on growth, expansion, and advocacy to keep the relationship active between formal touchpoints. Position N-Power as a true partner by ensuring the value we bring is delivered and clearly understood by physicians and practice staff. Actively promote the clinical program within partner organizations, translating our value proposition into terms that resonate with physicians and research teams. Build and continuously refine repeatable playbooks for partner management, physician engagement, and implementation that can scale across the network. Monitor program performance and engagement metrics across the network, proactively addressing gaps. Support the BD team during contract signing by providing operational and implementation insight — helping shape deal terms and expectations that set the partnership up for a smooth launch. Education, Experience, Behavioral Competencies, & Skills 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or partnership roles within oncology, healthcare, or life sciences, ideally with direct exposure to clinical research and research site operations. Working knowledge of how oncology research and physicians operate, including academic/community research workflows, practice business administration.
