**TITLE:** Branch Director **DEPARTMENT:** Branch Operations **REPORTS TO:** Senior Director of Operations **STATUS:** Full-time, Exempt * * * **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Branch Director serves as the face of the Club and is a visionary leader responsible for managing the daily operations and strategic program direction of a Clubhouse. This role centers around operational oversight, staff development, and community engagement with a strong emphasis on high-quality, trauma-informed youth development programming aligned with Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Future Ready agenda. This position strives to create an optimal Club experience for all members by fostering a safe, inclusive, and outcome-driven environment that prepares youth for success in school, career, and life. The Branch Director will lead and support staff, cultivate community partnerships, oversee facilities and budgets, and champion youth engagement through innovation and excellence in Club programs. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Strategic Leadership & Club Operations** - Direct overall Clubhouse operations, including safety, facilities, compliance, and staff oversight. - Conduct thorough and timely quarterly compliance audits. - Develop and manage the site’s annual budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility. - Practice foresight of BGCGW long term goals by utilizing forecasting concepts and partnering with Operations leadership. - Maintain administrative systems and processes to support efficient Club functioning. - Ensure proper maintenance and usage of Club property, including managing outside group use. **Program Development & Impact** - Collaborate with the Club Experience Director to design, implement, and evaluate inclusive and outcome-based youth programs in four core areas: Academic Success, Life & Workforce Readiness, Health & Wellbeing, and Character & Leadership. - Oversee and support the Club Experience Director for completion of the monthly programming report and the administration of quarterly pre- and post-tests for organizational wide programming. - Ensure Club attendance and program participation data are tracked in a timely fashion in MyClubHub. - Ensure programming aligns with national BGCA frameworks such as the Formula for Impact, YPQI (utilizing the PQA as a tool), and Blueprint for Youth Impact. - Integrate trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approaches across all Club experiences. - Manage and/or approve the purchase of equipment and supplies. **Youth & Teen Engagement** - Support the Club Experience Director in the implementation of strategies to retain and grow Club membership, especially among tweens and teens. - Assist with organization-wide initiatives, cross-site collaboration, and special projects. **Staff Leadership & Development** - Ensure member safety and incident prevention by maintaining appropriate supervision at all times; proactively prevent critical incidents through vigilance and staff coordination. - Provide documented examples of prevention strategies used at the Club. - Report all critical incidents to your supervisor immediately and complete an incident report as soon as possible, and no later than within four hours. - Recruit, onboard, supervise, coach, and retain high-performing staff and volunteers. - Provide ongoing training and professional development aligned with youth development best practices and operational standards. - Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and high morale. **Community Partnerships & Public Relations** - Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, community organizations, feeder institutions, and families. - Represent the Club at community meetings and public events to increase visibility and impact. - Execute monthly outreach campaigns including marketing, social media, and event coordination to recruit youth and foster stakeholder support. **Additional Responsibilities** - Perform other duties as assig…
