That's why we've built a culture centered on compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning, giving you the tools and freedom to succeed while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. ### **What You'll Be Doing** - Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools - Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation - Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements - Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services - Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services - Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation ### **Your Qualifications** - **Active BCBA and Utah LBA Certification** – Required to ensure clinical excellence. - **2-3 Years experience** **conducting Initial Assessments**- This role is for a BCBA with a demonstrated history of conducting Initial Assessments - **Passion for Compassionate Care** – A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services. ### **Full-Time BCBA Benefits** At The Treetop ABA, we believe growth should be rewarding — for our clients *and* our team.
