## Company Description Tony's Muscle Cars is looking for a skilled Automotive Upholstery/Convertible Top Installation Technician to join our budding business! **Shop Location: Hazleton, PA.** ## Job Description **What You’ll Do** - Disassemble and restore seat assemblies - Repair or weld seat frames and springs - Install new seat covers - Remove and install convertible tops - Install weather stripping, spring kits, and hydraulic components - Adjust convertible tops and side glass for proper fit - Create custom templates for trunk and interior work - Work with the team and move between tasks as needed ## Qualifications **What We’re Looking For** - 5+ years of automotive upholstery experience - Strong attention to detail and pride in your work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment - Problem-solving mindset and adaptability - Commitment to safety and quality **Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):** - Woodworking experience - Template design using cardboard or similar materials - Custom interior fabrication experience **Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent **Why Join Tony’s Muscle Cars?** You’ll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and passion for classic and custom vehicles.
