**Martin Automotive Group** is looking for a **Service Technician** to join our dedicated team at your local dealership. We want enthusiastic individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment and provide top-quality service to our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies. - Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; including test drives as needed. - Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. - Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports. - Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. - Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician. - Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. - Computer literate, with experience using diagnostic equipment. - Able to operate electronic diagnostic tools. - Valid driver’s license. - Manufacturer certifications are a plus. - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance - 401k - Paid Holidays - Weekly Paychecks - Up to $40.00 hourly flat rate + productivity incentives (depending on certifications) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (for qualified candidates) - 10-hour shifts, 3-day work week - President’s Club (see details below) - EEO **President’s Club for Technicians** The President’s Club is an exclusive club for our most elite technicians.
