Compensation & Benefits Our doctors are productive, efficient, and well-supported to do their best work. Compensation is tailored to experience and schedule. Compensation Competitive base salary: $125,000�$160,000, depending on experience and schedule Production bonus Additional bonus opportunities Benefits Comprehensive medical insurance options Paid time off and holidays CE allowance plus paid CE days 401(k) with employer matching Qualifications Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date Minimum of two years of clinical veterinary experience Preferred Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine Interest or experience in exotics medicine Interest in acupuncture, chiropractic care, or integrative medicine Strong communication and client relationship skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine Life in Bend, Oregon Bend is consistently ranked among the best places to live in the Pacific Northwest and is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise.
