## Your Opportunity In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities, including a language premium for qualified professionals. As an International Services ECG Associate, you will take inbound chats and secure messages from both international (non-US residents) and domestic clients with all a full range of service and trading needs. You will work on a collaborative, growing team in a fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. The relationships that you create and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clients to “Own Their Tomorrow.” ## What you have **Required Qualifications:** - Current and active series 7/63 licenses OR ability to obtain within 6 months of start date as a condition of employment. - Read and write at professional level in English as Mandarin and/or Cantonese. - Flexible and able to work on chats/secure messages as business needs change. - Ability to engage clients in a proactive and consultative manner to build rapport. - Willingness and desire to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Experience with high focus on risk awareness and mitigation. - Effective research and problem-solving skills to help fulfill client requests as well as fellow supporting team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** - 1+ years of outstanding customer service experience. - Experience communicating via written channels, emails or live chats. - High flexibility in shift times as business needs change. Chat lines are open from 5:00am -10:59pm CT. The current need is highest for later shifts. - Experience serving international clients with issues such as W8s, new account requirements, policies, procedures, etc. - A passion to continually learn, grow your knowledge in personal finance, US and foreign markets, and attain additional industry licenses for personal growth. - - Resilience to help achieve client satisfaction in a demanding environment.
