**Responsibilities:** - Technology Administration - Desktop and laptop provisioning and administration - IT Asset Management - Desktop support - Provide education and training for users - Office 365 and related system administration - Office 365 administration - SharePoint sites, apps and document libraries - Microsoft Exchange and Outlook - Microsoft Teams - One Drive for Business - Problem diagnosis, investigation and resolution - Network Administration - Investigating, diagnosing and resolving network and communication problems - Windows File System security administration - General TCP/IP Network System administration - Administering Network firewalls - Configuring and administering VPN Other responsibilities include: - Administering ADDS, DHCP, DNS, MDT and RADIUS servers. - Identity and access management on Microsoft Entra ID - Managing and administering security incidents through MS Sentinel **** **About Genzeon:** We specialize in building, enhancing, and maintaining US-based healthcare IT Application Software that service Hospitals, Physician Practices, Nurse-Practitioners, Patient-Related Services, and Government-Regulatory Services (HIE, HIPAA, Meaningful Use, etc.).
