This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping young children develop confidence, communication skills, and independence while working alongside an experienced Lead Teacher. You'll help create a safe, engaging classroom where children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships during one of the most exciting stages of early childhood development. Key Responsibilities - Assist with daily classroom routines for 2-year-old children - Support engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities using the L.E.A.P.
