Assistant Superintendent

Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant Superintendent for our Paving Group in Winter Haven, FL. Primary Responsibilities Assist in supervis ing all field crew members including foreman , carpenters, laborers etc. and project operations. Help d evelop a project site logistics plan and work with project manager to determine method and sequencing of construction. Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget activities. Develop and maintain good working relationships with owner , subcontractors, and vendors. Communicate and promote safe working environment and company safety standards, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations. Confer with supervisory/engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers of tools/materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods. Drive s chedule in accordance with planned work. Inspect and verify the receipt or shipment of materials. Preform maintenance needs from client work orders & c omplete repairs onsite. Offer service and customer assistance during site visits.
