As a unified platform, the Activewear Value Stream combines global scale, speed and technical expertise, positioning MAS as a trusted partner for innovative, performance and lifestyle apparel. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - On time Budgeted Carder fulfillment - Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews for Staff & below - Actively participated at KPI meetings prepare, maintain and update documents / reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity - Maintain the Below 3-month retention. Coordinate with the Training School, drive attract Piller. - Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner in order to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management - Actively Take part in the CSR Activity and Ensure the Recruitment requirement from relevant areas **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** - 1 year of relevant work experience - Degree in relevant field - Communication Skills - Builds Performance Agility - Planning & Organizing - Analytical Skills - Decision making and Problem Solving
