Duties Supervise parking attendants and staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling and customer interactions Oversee payment transactions, including cashiering duties and accurate transaction recording Maintain clear communication with team members, guests, and management to address needs promptly Monitor parking lot conditions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the area remains secure Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities, identifying maintenance needs or safety hazards Implement retail math principles to manage cash registers, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports Experience Experience in parking management roles Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; experience operating various vehicle types is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings Experience in cashiering and cash handling with attention to accuracy and accountability Familiarity with parking operations or retail math enhances your ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
