Ideal for commercially minded engineers, this opportunity allows you to influence product innovation, support large-scale implementations, and contribute to the growth of advanced industrial technologies in a dynamic global environment. ### Accountabilities: - Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering with customers to understand operational needs and develop customized application solutions. - Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare technical proposals, system layouts, cost analyses, ROI assessments, and presentations that support business development activities. - Lead customer application projects from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful system integration. - Coordinate with engineering, product management, and external stakeholders to define project scope, align requirements, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. - Contribute innovative concepts and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value, support digital transformation efforts, and strengthen competitive differentiation. - Monitor and report on key business performance indicators, including sales conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and technical validation success. - Support product enhancement initiatives by providing market insights, customer feedback, and recommendations for new product introductions and application optimization. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer-specific technical requirements throughout project implementation. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, combined with a strong commercial or sales background. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial automation, manufacturing, or related technical environments. - Strong ability to understand customer challenges and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Experience working with logistics systems, automation technologies, and system integration processes. - Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience considered a strong advantage. - Familiarity with industry compliance standards, including CE and UL-related requirements. - Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Commercially driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Willingness to travel up to 20% as required to support customers and business initiatives. ## Benefits - Competitive compensation package. - Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing and innovative international organization. - Flexible remote work arrangements and work-from-home options. - Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented work culture. - Learning and professional development opportunities to support long-term career growth. - Company-provided laptop and mobile phon…
