If you are caring, reliable, and enjoy working one-on-one with seniors, we would love to hear from you! **What You’ll Do:** - Assist with personal care and ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support - Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping - Support client safety, mobility, and daily routines - Assist with transfers/lifting as needed **What We’re Looking For:** - Compassionate, patient, and attentive caregivers - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in clients’ homes - Knowledge of caregiving best practices - Ability to assist with lifting/transferring up to 50 lbs. **Requirements:** - 1–3 years of hands-on caregiving experience preferred - Flexible availability including weekdays and/or weekends - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required - Must be 21+ years old to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients **Why Join Our Team?** - Weekly pay - Competitive pay: $16–$20/hour - Flexible scheduling options - Supportive team environment - Meaningful work with appreciative clients and families We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and comply with Ohio Fair Hiring Laws.
