AMI is looking for a Stock Supervisor for its Soho, NY location! Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Supervisor will manage back-of-house operations. Alongside his/her team, the Stock Supervisor will track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency. The Stock Supervisor responsibilities: Inventory Management: - Oversee shipping and receiving - Executing weekly cycle counts and ensure physical products match system - Investigate any shortages or discrepancies - Ensure accurate product and supply inventory - Prepare mid-year and annual physical inventory inventories - Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed Team Leadership: - Partner with Store Manager and sales team to support visual merchandising, execute and collection launches - Train and support team on day-to-day back of house policies and procedures - Lead by example on company standards and expectations Who You Are: - Organized, efficient and self-starter - Detail oriented, operationally sound. - Team player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectations - Excellent customer service skills and strong ability to foster a customer-service spirit in store - Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8 hours a day - Open availability, holidays and weekends required Join the > * * * - Minimum of 2 years of stock management experience - Knowledge of CEGID is a plus! - A second language is not required but preferred
