Agency Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency located in Hunt Valley, MD is currently seeking an Agency Marketing and Business Development Coordinator. This role supports internal agency marketing and new business development efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to grow MGH’s brand presence and client roster. This is primarily an in-office position. ### **Responsibilities** ***Agency Marketing*** - Support marketing efforts designed to promote the agency, including content development, social media management, email marketing, and website updates - Partner with various agency team members to develop thought leadership content, visual assets, case studies, and award submissions - Maintain a pulse on agency competitors and their marketing efforts, helping inform MGH’s positioning and messaging ***Business Development*** - Research, identify, and help qualify new business opportunities across various industries - Attend and represent MGH at conferences, trade shows, and networking events - Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through outreach, follow-up, and thoughtful communication - Collaborate with team members to develop pitch materials, craft proposals, and onboard new clients - Help manage and track business development efforts ### Requirements - 1 - 3+ years of experience within a marketing agency or in-house at a franchise, CPG, or multi-location brand - Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills - A confident, outgoing personality and a willingness to connect with others both online and in person - Ability to work in-office - High levels of energy, curiosity, and a desire to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and tactics - Adaptable and flexible mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities - A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude ### Benefits - Position is eligible for remote, hybrid or in-office work options - 3 p.m. Fridays year-round - 401k plan - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) allowance - Up to 12 paid holidays - Company-wide slowdown between Christmas and New Year’s (time sensitive/urgent work only) - Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision plans - Company-provided life and disability insurance - Pet health insurance discount - Company Paid Maternity/Parental Leave - Membership to a Wholesale Club of your choice (paid for by MGH) **Why MGH?** You’ll join a passionate, collaborative team at an agency with more than 30 years of experience helping brands grow.
