What You Need Active ASW, APCC, or AMFT license in California (required — we are only able to hire these three license types at this time) Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours already completed (required — this role is best suited for associates with an established start toward full licensure, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track) Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available) Preferred Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (preferred — bilingual applicants will be prioritized) Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $45 — $55 USD
