As an Accounting Operations Analyst at RSI, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of online casino and sports betting. In this role, you’ll build a strong foundation in our industry while supporting key accounting processes, assisting with monthly performance analysis, and contributing to ongoing operational improvements. Working closely with Accounting Operations Seniors and the Manager, you’ll help streamline workflows, learn about automation tools, and deliver meaningful support to the team. Your work will play an important role in ensuring accurate month-end activities, processing invoices efficiently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support RSI’s continued growth. What You'll Do: Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries for revenue streams and related operating costs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perform reconciliations across gaming platforms, payment providers, banks, and internal ledgers; investigate and escalate discrepancies. Reconcile payment provider settlements, validate fees, and follow up with vendors on variances. Monitor user deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, and suspicious activity, coordinating with risk and operations teams as needed. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports under IFRS and US GAAP, including variance analysis. Support compliance with regulatory requirements across LATAM and contribute to statutory accounting and reporting. Assist with internal controls execution and support internal and external audit processes. Review contracts and regulatory updates to identify potential accounting and financial reporting impacts. Maintain and support ERP (NetSuite) processes, contributing to data accuracy and system efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements, including automation and standardization initiatives. Develop a working understanding of RSI’s online gaming ecosystem (casino and sports betting) to support accounting activities in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 5+ years of relevant experience (Big4 exposure and online gaming experience is a plus!) Advanced Excel expertise: Ability to work with large datasets, create formulas, and use key functions to support accurate analysis Strong knowledge of IFRS: Solid understanding of IFRS Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial reporting standards Meticulous attention to detail: A commitment to accuracy and precision in every aspect of your work Organizational & communication skills: Ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate across teams NetSuite experience is a plus!.
