About This Role Togetherwork is seeking an Account Executive on our RockGymPro product line, responsible for selling our climbing gym management software and integrated payments solution to prospective customers in the climbing and fitness facility vertical. This is a full-cycle sales role. You will own your territory from first touch to close, build relationships with gym owners and operators, and become a trusted advisor in a niche, high-loyalty industry. You will blend inbound lead follow-up with proactive outbound prospecting, and will partner closely with your Sales Manager and fellow reps to share best practices and shape how we go to market. This role is best suited to a sales professional who wants to own the full sales cycle rather than work inbound leads alone. What You’ll Do Field inbound leads generated through the website, webinars, and trade shows, and convert them into qualified pipeline opportunities Conduct prospecting and outbound outreach in your assigned market to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of climbing gyms and fitness facilities Develop leads into prospects by deeply understanding their operational challenges and communicating the value of RockGymPro software and integrated payments Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within target organizations Run compelling phone and web-based sales presentations and product demos tailored to each prospect Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, proactively moving opportunities forward at every stage Use Salesforce to maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline, log activity, and provide reliable sales forecasts Nurture both new prospects and existing customer relationships to uncover upsell and expansion opportunities Travel to represent RockGymPro at industry trade shows (2-3 times per year), building brand visibility and sourcing new leads Learn the tools needed to be successful: Salesforce, RockGymPro, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and additional sales enablement platforms What You’ll Bring 1-2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience, B2B preferred Demonstrated success in a mixed outbound (30%) and inbound (70%) sales motion Background selling service-business SaaS to owner-operators strongly preferred — experience at Mindbody, Gingr, or a similar niche/vertical software company is a significant plus Demonstrated success owning a full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting through close, rather than working inbound leads alone Strong ability to learn and adopt new platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter who takes initiative and performs well with limited direction Success-driven, collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Coachable, resilient, and comfortable receiving direct feedback Familiarity with the climbing gym, fitness, or recreation industry is a plus Additional Requirements Willingness to travel to industry trade shows as needed Why This Role Impact: Sell into a fun, niche industry — you will spend your days talking to climbing gym owners and operators, and no two conv…
