Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market based in the United States.** This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to help expand a growing portfolio of mid-market customers through consultative solution selling. In this role, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and closing, while working within a collaborative and high-performing sales organization. Ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong SaaS sales experience, this position offers the chance to make a measurable impact while contributing to an innovative, mission-driven environment. ### Accountabilities - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects within the assigned geographic territory through research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting. - Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. - Conduct regular in-person visits with prospective customers to build relationships, understand organizational needs, and identify growth opportunities. - Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, revenue targets, and booking objectives through consistent execution and pipeline management. - Present tailored product solutions that clearly communicate business value and return on investment to prospective customers. - Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the buying process. - Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within Salesforce CRM. - Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, customer success, implementation, and sales leadership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies. - Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the sales organization. ### **Requirements** - 3–5+ years of successful experience in business development, account executive, or SaaS sales roles. - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales targets and revenue goals. - Experience selling software or technology solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment. - Ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution. - Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities. - Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer interactions. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities. - Proficiency with business productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Knowledge of or experience working within the faith-based or nonprofit sector is considered an advantage. ### **Benefits** - Competitive compensation package with a **base salary of $60,000–$80,000 USD** and **on-target earnings (OTE) of $131,500–$160,000 USD**. - Fully remote position available in approved U.S. states. - 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees. - Employer contribution of over 70% toward dependent medical, dental, and vision coverage. - 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. - 15 days of paid time off to start, with increased accrual based on tenure.…
