The **Artisan Bread Baker** is responsible for baking of artisan pan breads, rolls, bagels, hearth breads, as well as sorting finished product for delivery to all three DLM stores. This is a highly skilled position, and we are willing to train the right person. Shifts begin at 4:00 p.m. and run for 10 hours with three nights off.
