## Description **Overview** Instructing kids tumbles classes. **** **Key Responsibilities** · Teach amazing classes · Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class. · Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK! · Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience **Qualifications** · You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child! (A background in child development, physical education, dance and/or gymnastics helps as well) · You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good. · Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too. · You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work. · Children walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day. · As part of our team, you will also have the chance to participate in Parents Night Out and Birthday parties. **Physical Requirements** · Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach throughout the workday. · Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds. · Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs throughout the department.
