This individual will assist with classroom activities, supervise children, and help create a fun and safe environment for our school-age children. This candidate will have prior experience working with children ages 5-12 years in a supervised work setting and have obtained their high school diploma or equivalent. **Key responsibilities include:** - Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group - Know and maintain child/teacher ratios in compliance with EEC regulations - Assist in planning developmentally appropriate curriculum - Maintaining clear, effective and positive communication with children, families, and staff *The Guild of St. Agnes is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment for all employees*
