You will monitor and document behaviors, monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time and assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program. Four weeks of paid training is provided to all new staff. **To be considered you should:** Possess a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education OR have one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities and possess a valid Driver’s License. **Schedule:** Our Youth Care Workers currently work 3.5 days per week. For Example – A Shift works 7 am to 8 pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Both shifts work 8 hours on Wednesday each week. B Shift works 7 am to 8pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
