Complimentary membership and discounted rates for child care and most programs. **Starting Pay:** $14.50-17.00/hr **Position Description:** - Designs and implements daily lesson/activity plans - Responsible for well-being and personal growth of the children - Assists in potty training - Leads the classroom team that includes supervision of Assistant Teachers - Makes ongoing, systematic observations and evaluations of each child - Conducts parent conferences, and maintains positive relationships and effective communication with parents - Maintains classroom and program equipment - Maintains required program records - Attends and participates in family nights, program activities, staff meetings, and staff training - Maintains training in First aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases and Child Abuse Awareness as well as 10 hours of Ohio Approved training per year. (trainings provided by YMCA and affiliates)
